How do I pause/cancel/change frequency/edit my subscription?
Simply log in to your Resparkle account via the website and click ‘Subscriptions’. Make any edits you require and press save. Once saved, this will automatically update any scheduled orders.
I have just changed the frequency of my subscription plan, when will it take effect?
The new frequency will take effect in your subsequent renewals. That means the immediate renewal will be based on your original frequency selection. The subsequent renewal will be based on the updated selection.

Is there an expiry date for my reward points?
Yes, there is a 90 days validity period for your reward points. We will send you a reminder email 10 days before they expire though!
Do coupon codes expire?
All coupon codes have a default expiry of 90 days unless otherwise specified.
How do I spend points?
You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on either the “Rewards Page” on the top menu OR the launcher widget on the right center of each page. Under the ‘Rewards’ section, you can click ‘Redeem’ next to the reward that you want to claim!
Is there a limit to how many order points I can get?
Collect as many points as you please.
I did a product review but did not earn any points for it?
Points for reviews can only be earned for items you have purchased. By only allowing reviews for verified purchases, we ensure all the reviews you see are honest and genuine.
I would love to share Resparkle with my friends, do you have a refer a friend program?

Here is how it works.

1. INVITE YOUR FRIENDS
It’s easy to refer friends via Facebook, or email with your personalised link. Locate your link by clicking on the “Reward Program” widget on the bottom left corner of www.resparkle.com.au once you are signed into your account.

2. SHARE THE REWARDS
Once your friend receives and clicks on your referral link, a widget should pop up on the bottom left corner of their browser screen. Make sure your friend enters their email address! Once entered, a discount code for 10% should appear, which your friend can copy and paste in the discount code field upon checkout.

3. REWARD YOURSELF
Once your friend has placed an order, 800 points (equal to $8) will be applied to your rewards account, which would be redeemable towards your next wash order.

I have a referral discount code, why does it not work?
The rewards program software is set up to prevent self-referrals through a few security checks such as IP addresses. If this does not apply to you and you are still having trouble, please contact us and we will look into it.
Can I use my referral discount code/any discount codes on items on sale?

All discount codes exclude sale items.

All discount codes will have a default 45 days validity unless otherwise stated.

What are your ingredients?
All of our products are plant-based. We are proud of our strict formulation standards – every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure it is non-toxic to humans and the environment. We only use ingredients that score the highest in terms of safety according to the EWG database (www.ewg.org) . You can find our ingredients listed on each product page.
I have my own bottles, can I use them with your refills?

You sure can! Here are the dilution instructions:

1. All-Purpose Cleaner: Dilute 1 All Purpose refill sachet to 500ml of warm water

2. Natural Dish Wash: Dilute 2 Dish wash refills sachets to 500ml of warm water

3. Foaming Hand Wash Dilute 1 Hand Wash refill sachet to 400ml of warm water

Does discount code apply to all items?
Discount codes are not applicable on sale items unless otherwise mentioned.
Are your products Australian made?
Yes, we are Australian made and owned.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! Our ingredients are either from a plant source or minerals. We do not test on animals, only on our own friends and family.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Our products are carefully formulated with skin-friendly ingredients so it is gentle and non-irritating on sensitive skin. All of our products are all free of synthetic fragrances, harsh chemicals, dyes, and enzymes. Our products do contain a small amount of essential oils. We list the oils used in each product on our packaging and on each respective product page.
What is the shelf life of your products?
1. Powered Refills
Our powdered refills inside our sealed sachets have a shelf life of 24 months. Once the powders are diluted with water, it is best to use it up within 4 months.

2. Laundry Powder
Our laundry powder has a shelf life of 24 months. It is best to store it in a sealed bag and in cool and dry place. Moisture and humidity can cause the powder to get clumpy but this does not impact the cleaning performance.

3. Floor Cleaner
Our floor cleaner has a shelf life of 18 months.

4. Disinfectant Concentrate
Our disinfectant concentrate has a shelf life of 24 months. Once diluted, it is best to use it up within 12 months.
Are your products anti-bacterial?

We do not make any disinfectant or antibacterial claims. We do not formulate with the biocides that are often included in antibacterial products because biocides do not meet our standards for health and safety. At Resparkle, we strive to make our products optimal for effectiveness as well as human and environmental health.

Our All-purpose cleaners are formulated to fight grease and grime in order to help keep your surfaces clean, remove stains from mold and inanimate scum such as soap scum. As you’ll read in our customer reviews, people do seem to find our cleaners very effective! 

Separately, our hand soap does help wash away viruses and bacteria. Regarding our hand soaps, while we don’t use antibacterial agents, there are several studies that show non-antibacterial hand soaps are effective at removing germs. We do include surfactants that reduce surface tension to effectively lift up bacteria and viruses from skin to easily wash them away and you can read about proper hand washing from the World Health Organization: https://www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection/en/.

What are your refill sachets made of?
Our home compostable refill sachets are completely plastic free and made of corn.
What if I drop my glass bottle?
We want your bottles to last forever and have carefully designed a protective all round silicon sleeve so it can withstand tipping over and shallow drops. We have also made the surface of the silicon non-slip.

However, the silicon does not make the glass indestructible. This means a you still need to take reasonable care to keep your bottle out of harm’s way and avoid repeated drops.
What are your bottles made off?
Our bottles are made of glass with a silicon protective sleeve around it. To reduce plastic use, our foaming pump is made from stainless steel. Plastic use is limited to just the spray heads, caps and tubes.
Can I use your All Purpose cleaner on marble, stone/wood surfaces?
Our All purpose cleaner does not contain any acidic or corrosive surfactants and formulated to be pH neutral. This means it is suitable for any surfaces. However, if you are unsure it is always best to spot test first.
Any tips for diluting your powdered concentrates?
The powder will foam up after water is added. To avoid the foam from overflowing, fill water up to the top end of the silicon window. Once the foam settles, you can add more water to fill up the bottle completely.
I noticed small white clumps of powder after I've added water. Is there something wrong?
It sometimes take a little longer for the powder to dissolve completely. It will however completely clear up after 24 hours. If you wish for it to dissolve quicker, use warm water. You can also give the bottle a gentle shake.
How do I care for my resparkle products?

To ensure durability and effectiveness of your Resparkle cleaning products, we recommend the following care:

1. Store the unopened sachets in a cool dry place and away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once sachets are open, use immediately.
2. Always rinse your reusable bottles before each refill. Our glass bottles are dishwasher safe but run your machine on cold water.
For the foaming hand wash bottle, pump clean water through the foaming pump a few times. This will help unclog any soap build up inside.
3. Avoid dropping the bottle. WIth the silicon sleeve, it can withstand more than a few hard knocks but sometimes it may land at an angle that may cause it to crack.

How do I dispose of my refill sachets?
Our refill sachets can be disposed in your home compost. If you do not have access to a compost bin, the sachets should be dispose along with your food waste. It will biodegrade into carbon and organic matter like the rest of your food waste.
Is your laundry powder grey water safe?
Yes they are!
Is your laundry powder suitable for top and front load machines?
Yes they are!
What is the recommended dosage?

For a standard load of washing, we recommend 2 flat wooden spoons (or 15g).

This is based on an average load in a 8.5kg front loader washing machine. Top loader machines, especially older ones, are generally larger and use more water than front loaders.

Our powders are formulated as a concentrate so a little goes a long way. Don’t be tempted to overdose.

How do I remove stains using your laundry powder?
For spot stains, wet the stained area and rub some laundry powder in. Leave overnight and wash as normal in your machine. For general stain or odour removal, add 1 spoon of laundry powder to a bucket of water, soak clothes overnight and wash per normal in your machine.
Do I need a softener?
Fabric softeners is not great for you, or the environment. They are full of harsh chemicals that create a film on your clothes and can irritate your skin. The good news is our laundry powder is formulated to ensure it does not harden fabrics so you save money and your health from having to use fabric softeners.
Is your laundry powder palm oil free?
Yes, none of our ingredients contain palm oil.
How is your laundry powder effective against stains and odours?
Our powder’s “secret sauce” is a probiotic that is scientifically proven to be effective in removing dirt and kill odour causing bacteria.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand. All bundles and refills shipping costs a flat rate of NZ$12.00 and everything else at NZ$15. 

Shipping to the rest of the world can be arranged. Please send us your order via email cs@resparkle.com.au. We will come back to you once we get a quote for shipping.

What is your refund policy?
We reserve the right to offer store credits rather than a cash refund.
Cash refunds are offered on a case-to-case basis and at our discretion. Please contact our customer service.
I've been sent the wrong item, what do I do?

If for any reason there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please email the following information to cs@resparkle.com.au, within 7 days.

What is Resparkle's return policy?

We’re sure you’ll love Resparkling but if you don’t, we’ll be happy to refund. Simply send it back to us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in a re-saleable condition and/or not more than 30% of the product has been used. Returns must be made 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged/Faulty Items
If your product is damaged or faulty, please get in touch, we’ll be happy to help out with a replacement or offer a store credit.

Please send us a photograph and subject heading “Faulty/Damaged Order No: XXXXX” within 7 days at cs@resparkle.com.au and we will guide you through the replacement process.

For any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had the chance to chat with you.

How long will my order take?
